Foreign
diplomats and military attaches at Belgrade airport. On
failure of the negotiations between Albanian leaders and
Serbian officials, NATO opened the air intervention against
Yugoslavia (further Serbia) on 24th of March, 1999, with
out approval of UN Security Council.
